Why my forms are disabled?

For some reason my forms are disabled. I don't believe they are violating any rules and they are also strictly test forms for a possible idea I have for the company I work for. In no way are they being used by anyone besides me. 

The issue occurred due to our security checks. Your Authorization Form has marked as suspicious automatically by our tool and your account has been suspended.

I manually checked and couldn't find any suspicious activity in your form, and activated your account.
