I get a form over quota message

i created a sign up form and I was trying to export the list of people who used the form I have created. However, there is no list showing up in my account.

The form is created in the account nikoleidy (nik****dy@yahoo.com). Yes, the account has reached its quota. I have just activated the account, so you can log in. Please try again and let us know if you still cannot access it.
