trying to reactivate account (new CC)...I choose monthly payment ($19), but in next screen it only gives me option to be billed for the year ($190)????

Hi @phillyvetsparade,
As checked, your account is already on Bronze subscription. In case you would like to change your credit card info, please follow this guide:
1. In your account dashboard, click the user icon found on top of the page
2. Click the Account text link
3. Go to the Billing tab then click Change Credit Card
4. A screen should appear so you can enter the new credit card
