Pricing Question

    I recieved an Email today that said:

    We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has already reached 20 submissions per month this month. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

    I am wondering why this happened. I have an account curently and am not sure if it has run out or what happened.

    Are submissions and messages sent the same? How many form submissions can I recieve if I upgrade to 9.95 a month?

    I also have a few questions about upgrading my service if need be.

    Do you have a contact number so that I can resolve these issues?

    Hi Andy,

    Sorry but we don't provide telephone support.  You are using a guest account but you can register as a free account and get up to 100 submissions per month.  After that you would need to sign up for a premium account (9.95 per month).
