I am trying to upgrade my account but everytime I try to log in it say auto suspended.

    The reason your account was suspended was due to your form Sola Salons Application goes against our Terms of Use.

    Your form is asking for banking information if you would like to collect payment you will need to use our Payment integrations.

    Before we can re-activate your form you will need to agree to remove the guilty fields.
