not receiving all the files

    hi im running a digital distribution company and artists have to upload their album but its track by track they are uploading fifteen tracks but only about 7 are coming through could yuo please help me with this as this is a big issue for us thanks.

    I have checked the form with id 30695852249969 but did not find the submission in the screenshot your have provided. Can you please provide us the submission form ID so we could futher investigate the issue?

    I also tested uploading multiple files and was not able to replicate the same issue. Are you using the form as a direct link or by embedding it to a website?

    I see you have integrated that form with google drive. Also, there is a multiple upload field

    Let me explain you that our Upload feature for multiple files has to be tweaked by our developers

    So far Multiple upload button will allow around 10 uploaded files, but this can be erratic ,specially when integrated with 3rd party upload services. As it wil allow 150 MB per uploaded file or less

    okay well i have just tried it using single file uploaders and its the same not all the files are uploading it worked once and since hasent ?

    I am having what looks like it may be a similar problem. Are the files available on your JotForm website but not on your google drive integration, or are they not appearing on JotForm at all?

    (Of course, the problems may be entirely unrelated)

    okay around 20 - 30 submission a day around most of them to be honest its fine but today it just stopped it had some files uploaded but i mean id get a email saying the artist has uploaded 17 songs but only 7 songs are avalible to download and yes sometimes there is nothing in the submission inbox on jotform

    We actually did apply a fix with the upload problem this week and we expect this problem to be completely fixed.  Have you had the same problem since Monday? if no, this might be completely and permanently fixed.
