Why my account says it is suspended?

    I realize now that my account was suspended for collecting payment information which violates the terms of service, I am happy to remove these fields to have my account reactivated.

    Upon review of your account, I found that it was suspended due to form: 92276690314258 requesting credit card information on plain field texts.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We have deleted the credit card information from your form and reactivated your account.

    Please refrain from creating such forms or adding any guilty fields to the forms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.

    Thank you. I will absolutely avoid that going forward. 


    Unfortunately my account still says it it suspended. Can you let me know how long it will take to be unlocked?

    Kindly try to log in your account again and see if the issue persists.
