Accidentally subscribed to Yearly Bronze

    I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan instead of a monthly plan. Can you please help me on this one?

    Hi @stitchnkitsch,

    I went ahead and cancelled the Bronze Yearly subscription. You may now try subscribing again  to a monthly plan by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

    I also processed the refund for the USD190 that was charged to your account for the accidental subscription. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
