Security Due Diligence Assessment

Good afternoon,

I am an Information Security Analyst at Raymond James.  One of our branches wants to use your services, but before the engagement can begin, we need to perform a due diligence assessment.  I was wondering if there is an email address that I can send our questionnaire and request policies/documentation?
