Your cancelling our service - how do I stop that?

    We had some webdesign work done in the past month and I believe the SSL cert was added to the JotForm page in error.  We received notice that you were cancelling our services tomorrow because we have exceeded out limit.  How do I prevent this from happening?  We are fixing the SSL problem.

    I have canceled the downgrade and reset your ssl submissions. Please make sure that you do not have any ssl forms on your site so that this does not happen again.
