Submission Coming Out Jumbled

Hi

I previously encrypted my form, downloaded my key from a different computer and forgot to email it to myself.  I received a submission after I encrypted the form but since I didnt email myself the original key, i created a new one.  When viewing the submission it asked me to upload my key and the entry is still coming out jumbled.  Is there anyway to view my submission?

If I understood correctly, you are trying to decrypt the submission you received before the new key was created. Unfortunately, that is not possible. With the new key, you will only be able to decrypt the submissions you received after that key was created. You can decrypt your old submissions only with your old key.
