    Hi,

    That Reference Number is for the account sokebana (contact@sokebana.net) which has been cancelled by you.

    You can re-upgrade by going to My Account - Upgrade/Billing Section

    Canceled yes, it’s my only account, but the payment was not canceled

    Hi,

    That is the same by the way. You will supposed to be charge on March 19, 2013 but you have cancelled the subscription.

    You can re-upgrade using this link:

    http://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/product/jotformpremium?referrer=sokebana (note that your username is attached in the URL, please do not alter)

    @sofabulous,

    I don't see any other charge other than that. The only charged on the record is on February 19, 2013, the one provided on your first post. There was no further charges as it was already cancelled. You will not be charged again anymore and your account is now on Free status since your subscription expired period was on March 19, 2013 which is equivalent for 1 month.
