The users are skipping the mandatory Form fields.

For my "Ike's Operations Audit", I have two submissions that came in today: 1) Tustin, 2) Skyport.  Though both completed the same audit, Tustin had ALL answers completed, while Skyport was missing several required questions, including the whole restroom section, a couple random questions, and the required attachments.  Why is this happening and how can I ensure that all required questions are completed, regardless of who is completing the audit?

Have you embedded your Form on any website? I tried filling the Form and was not able to move to the next page unless I have filled the mandatory fields.

May we know the URL of the website where the Form is embedded?

The form is not embedded on any website.

And have a look at the results from the last two submissions (8/29/19 @ 15:42 & 8/29/19 @ 19:13). The strange thing is I haven’t made any changes between those two, so not sure why one was made to submit files and complete all questions, while the other was not required to do so.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I do not see any reason why any user can submit form skipping required form fields unless the validation script was not triggered. The only reason I can think of this issue is when the JavaScript of the user's browser is disabled.

I would suggest you to please go ahead and add "NoScript" widget in your form. This widget will ensure that if the JavaScript of browser is disabled, form will not be allowed to be submitted and a message will be displayed in the form.

Please go ahead, add NoScript widget in form and monitor your submissions. Do get back to us if the issue persists.
