How do I apply for an Education discount?

My wife is a teacher. If she qualifies for the discount, what are the conditions of the discount?

Can I use some forms for myself for business purposes or are the forms only allowed to be directly related to educational purposes?

I’m aware of the application process. I just want to know the conditions of the educational discount. Like whether you can only have educational related forms or a mix of whatever forms you want to create. 

You will be able to create any type of forms, not just educational related forms.
