How I can validate form data?

Limit Quality Assurance Card Number to 16 digits. Disable text and special characters too.

 Let's put the Quality Assurance Card Number under the header for user reference.

You can use the Validation, Limit Entry and Input Mask to achieve this.

1). Validation: Select the Numeric option

2). Limit Entry: Set it to 16 so it will limit the numbers to 16 numbers only.

3). Input Mask: If you want them to follow a masking for example, ###-###-####, that will be a sample of masking to match the format you want.
