I would like to use my free account again but it is over quota.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently over quota as you have exceed the allowed upload limit of free account. Please note that free account has 100 MB of upload limit and since you have already received 105.46 MB, your forms are disabled. 

    I would suggest you to please delete the submissions from your form which has file attachment. Please note that deleting submission record will also delete uploaded file as well and free up your upload space.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account. Please ensure that you delete submissions from your form and free up your upload space.
