How can I create multiple forms without losing my original form

I am currently using the free version however, I plan on switching to the Bronze level in the near future. 

Since I am able to create up to 5 forms with the free version. How can I just make changes to my original version to create others. ?

Maybe this helps better, I would like to re-create my same form for a few of our resellers but, with their logo on top instead of mine with all the other information the same. 

Do I have to start from scratch and rebuild the form or can I just make changes to the original form and save the new form as something else without losing the form that I have on my website

You may clone your original form and edit the cloned form's logo.

Thank you this is exactly what I needed....its works perfect now. Now only if I can figure out how to add a payment page that the customer has to pay first before being allowed to submit their information form
