    I am having a problem with my BOX OFFICE form! I have filled it out twice and it does not send me an email with the forms details and does not send a thank you email that I have written either to the sender (auto response)

    I have set both of these up!

    Is this because i have integrated it with pay Pal? I am not having the problem with any other forms?!

    I would like people to be able to fll in the form choose which tickets they want, paty fo them then receive an email with theair booking details (copy of the form) to emldalesperfromingarts@hotmal.co.uk and I would like the person who is filling out the form to receive an email thanking them with all the booking details in their email?

    Could you look into this for me?

    The emails are sent only after the payment is completed. On the old version, they were sent before the payment but since there has been a lot of requests for this, we made it only sent if the payment is completed successfully.
