    Hi, we are looking to incorporate the QR code scanner widget in our survey form, but it seems to be quite buggy, like does not work or cause device camera to hang. Can help to advise a more stable version?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and the QR code reader seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

    What is the issue you are having? Is there any error message which is displayed? I would suggest you to please explain the issue a bit more in detail and we will try to help you. You may also like to share the QR code image which you are trying to read.     Hi, it depends on what platform you are using it seems. It works on my laptop as well, but for iPad, it only works if the iPad is landscape mode but doesn't work if it is in portrait mode. It also doesn't work on mobile devices.

    We are looking to use it mostly on iPads. So if you can help look at that first, that would be great. Thank you.
