Worldpay payment Error.

    Hi,

    I have WorldPay integrated into my form and the current form works in test mode and I get a merchant reference and transaction ID but when I make it live, it shows the error:

     

    Secure Payment Page

    Sorry, there was a problem processing your payment:

    The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:

    The transaction cannot be processed for one or more of the following reasons:

    The merchant account is suspended. The order currency selected is not supported. The authorisation mode is incorrect. Test mode is unavailable. The installation is not live.

    Is there anything I need to do?

    I have checked your form and it seems that the WorldPay is not integrated properly. Ideally, it should show up the fields to enter the details like name, credit card number, etc. However when I when I this URL: https://lcslegal.co.uk/wills-make-a-will-online/  it shows as below:

    If you are still having the same issue, Please verify your Secure Net ID & Secure Key. Try to get a new one if the older ones are not working.
