Why I can't upgrade my account?

I am trying to upgrade my free plan to bronze and I want to use my paypal. However, when it comes to the payment page its not giving me that option. I either want to use my paypal account or just use my paypal debit card 

I checked your account and you are now upgraded to bronze plan. Is the issue resolved or are you still having issues with your account?
