Why did I get an email saying cancellation when it shows we renewed 12/12 and expire is 1/13?

    Also, I did not get emailed the form as I normally do yesterday, which makes me worry someone DID cancel us.

    Please kindly disregard that notice. Your account is Premium and will expire on Dec. 19, 2013. Please kindly relog if you can't see that on your account.
