Quiz app custom results page does not get data in my form.

    Hi there,


    I having having trouble with understanding the coding on the Customs Results Page on the quiz - the last 2 questions and the result summary at the end is not pulling the correct information through, can you please help?

    The unique name for your two fields has changed, please update it in the quiz app again.
