    My form is not loading in my webpage. It only loads via a direct address... http://form.jotform.us/form/21455426784156 but it does not load in a code box. Any reasons? I created an iframe and enter the address above and it works. It used to work either way. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I just want to confirm if you still having problems because I can see your forms in your website now.

    I think it has to do with jquery conflict.

    Thanks

    Hi,You can see the form because I found a way around the problem. By creating a link with the web address of the form. But that is not the way it was before the problem. I used to have the form embedded into an Iframe or code box in my web site. None of the two work any longer. I had no idea why. That's why I contacted you. Do you know what could cause this and how to fix it?Thank you.

    Hi,

    Maybe because of the conflict with your website Scripts and Jotform Scripts. When embedding your form using our iframe method, only embed the codes from the iframe tags. Do not include the script tags.

    Embed only the codes in RED color:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/21455426784156" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1713px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    By the way, what is your website builder? Are you coding this by yourself?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for letting us know. We'll try to note this and try to make some guide for future reference. I would suggest you to check their Knowledge Base Section (http://support.snappages.com/) on how to insert HTML codes to your webpage or if you can't find that, contact them instead.

    I hope that my suggestion works. Please update us.

    Thanks
