Clone email settings between forms.

How can copy email template completely (with content, receiver,settings) between 2 different forms ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to clone email settings from one form to another but if you want, you can copy the content source code of the email alert and paste it in another form's email alert. Please check the screenshot below on how to copy the source code of email alert:
