Why did you take money out of my account without my permission?

    Someone just took 503.95 off my debit card without my permission. I intend to seek legal action against your company. I work very hard for my money and have not ordered or purchased anything from you.

    Hi Tina,

    Sorry but JotForm is a legal service and we do not take any charged from any accounts without being subscribed to any of our paid plans. I also can't find any subscription records with your name and email address here. If you have been charged, let us know the order reference number that is sent to you by our payment gateway if there are any so we can review it here and provide you all the necessary details used.
