Google Ads Conversion tracking

    We have a custom landing page with an embedded JotForm. Once a user completes the form, they are redirected to a custom thank you page that we created. 

    I've set up a goal in Google Analytics to fire on the thank you page url and imported that goal into Google Ads.

    In Analytics, it's attributing all of these conversions to " / referral" rather than the specific source ie. Google Ads or paid social (the only two ways users are getting to this page).

    What is the best way to keep the tracking from the original source of the user? I'm reading that the Javascript could be getting stripped at some point along the line which is why it's attributing the conversions to Jotform and not Google ads?
