How to recover a form from a deleted sub-user?

    I am looking for a form that was created by a sub-user account. I can still access the form, but cannot find it to edit. Can you help restore it to my account?

    If the form was created in his account, then you won't be able to get the form into your account unless:

    1). You clone the form https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL 

    2). The owner request it to be moved to your account.
