Downtime during upgrade?

    I got an email yesterday saying my JotForm account was over quota.  There was a four hour window between my forms being disabled and me being able to upgrade my plan. 


    My question is if any forms submitted during that time are completely lost?  Is it possible someone completed the form and now I won't see it?

    When your form reaches the submission limit, the form automatically get disabled disallowing any user to submit any type submission in your form. No it is not possible to have someone completed the form and you are not able to see it.
