JotForm Inbox: Downloading to excel returned incorrect values

Also when we downloaded from the inbox to excel the data downloaded with some incorrect values, it could be that whatever goes wrong when downloading a submission to PDF, happens when you download the form to excel

I checked the Excel download from the JotForm Inbox, but could not find any incorrect values.
