Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from the 1000 submission Premium plan to the 10,000 submission Economy plan, as I am nearing my limit, but when I try to click on upgrade it doesn't work and tells me to contact the support team.
The message reads:
Error switching plan.
Please try again in a few minutes or get in contact with our support team. Sorry for the inconvenience.".locale() %>

I canceled the existing subscription. Can you try the upgrade button now?

I tried it and it looked like it was going to work.
I didn't put it through though, because I wanted to checkif I can get credited for the money that I already paid for my original account.

Unfortunately, yearly subscriptions with 6 months or higher being used can't be refunded anymore. We are truly sorry about that. However, your account will remain Premium until the paid period expires. If you'd like to re-upgrade to Econmy Plan, that's possible but we can't provide you credits for the remaining unused months.
