JotForm Mobile forms: Import contact on iOS app puts data in wrong fields

I have a form with First/Last name elements.  When I try to import the submitted data as a contact on my iphone, the first and last names are combined and stored in the FirstName field of the contact instead of going to first and last as expecte.  Also, most of the other fields are discarded instead of being added to "notes" at the end of the contact.  Is there any way to map these additional fields?

Yes, I was able to replicate this on the iOS Mobile forms app, but only for the name field. Currently the First and last name are combined and stored in the First name field in the Contacts page. But, the email and phone number gets mapped to the correct field.

From your form, it seems that the possible fields that can be mapped are the Name, Email and number fields. For the other fields, as you can see from your Contact page on your phone, the field properties are different.

Please review and confirm on the other field requirement. The request on the Name field will need to be escalated once we receive your update on the other fields that need to be mapped.
