How to retrieve my account

    Hi,

     

    I changed my pc and im not able to connect to my account anymore.

    i made a form on www.balletmetropolitain.com

    http://www.balletmetropolitain.com/inscriptions-paiement-en-ligne.html

    with a iframe to your form for http://www.jotform.com/form/10543304780

    I thought i did not have any account but i want to retrieve my account.

    now i exceed the quota and want a 9.95 account per month

    Hi Mathieu,

    Thank you for sharing your concern. You should see something like this on the left side when you go to JotForm website:

    Just create an account by clicking the button and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.

    Hi Mathieu,

    In addition, after you create a JotForm account, you can upgrade immediately to a Premium account by going to the following link - http://www.jotform.com/upgrade
