why cant i take a photo in a form on certain phones

I am trying to use a Take a Photo field on a form it doesn't work on certain smart phones

Could you let us know in which phone it is not working? 

I tested this form, on an iPhone and it is working fine.

What error are you facing while using filling the form via mobile phone?

Have you tried using our Mobile Forms app? If not, you can try using that to see if the Take Photo field works as expected.
