How do I get a response from customer support?

    I submitted a question on how does my Jotform account get upgraded over two weeks ago with no response.  I have submitted payment and received confirmation you have received payment but my account has not been upgraded to Bronze.  I request my account get upgraded immediately!


    Please contact me ASAP to confirm action has been taken!

    I have checked your account and you're in the Bronze Bi-Yearly subscription.
