Is there a widget that adds block of fields?

Buongiorno,

devo trovare un modulo/widget jotform che permetta agli utenti di aggiungere blocchi di informazioni all'occorrenza.

Esempio: il tizio A ha bisogno di iscrivere 3 studenti ad un corso e avrà bisogno di aggiungere 3 blocchi composti da nome cognome e CF.

Il tizio B invece dovrà iscrivere solo 2 studenti e avrà bisogno di aggiungere solamente 2 blocchi.

Esiste un modulo che fa questo. Che in base a ciò che serve si aggiunge?
