    Our form has been working fine. Test emails work. Personal emails to email works. Have white list updated with IPs. Tried the JotFom sender name and noreply email. Nothing seems to be working. Can anyone fix this?

    Hi,

    Your purchase order form doen't seem to have a Notification Email setup on it. It only have autoresponder email instead.

    Add a new Notification Email so that you can recieve email again every time the form is submitted.

    Please inform us if the issue persists.

    Thanks.

    That worked. Thank you! I do not know what happened to the one we had. I have autofill disabled but it is still allowing it. Is their a way to prevent autofill?

    @QuikConcepts

    Sorry are you still referring to the email notification? Can you please describe a bit about the 'Autofill' you had mentioned?

    We'll await your reply. Thank you!

    Is there a way to prevent the user's browser from auto filling in the form fields?

    We had problems with the notification email and had to do a lot more submissions to test it. Since there seems to be no "test submission" on the actual form is there a way to get credit back on our submission count? We had to submit it about 20 times to get the problem resolved.

    With auto fill some of the fields get the incorrect information depending on how they have their contact info set up. Example, PO Box instead of Street Address, City instead of Zip, etc.

    Hi,

    You can use tags to separate each item of the compound address field.

    Like this

    You can test this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30813888180964? it has an autoresponder email so that you can check the email on your end. If you submit, you will also see the result of email in the Thank You page.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    @QuikConcepts

    To prevent the browser from autofilling the form, you can try the following, though it requires using your form source code.

    1. Get your form source code.

    2. On the <form tag, add this attribute autocomplete="off"

    e.g.

    <form autocomplete="off" class="jotform-form" action="http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/30744011304337/" method="post" name="form_30744011304337" id="30744011304337" accept-charset="utf-8">

    3. Save or embed the code.

    Hope this helps. Thank you!
