Inventory widget: not loading or displaying "We cannot complete your request" intermittently

    The inventory widget is reading "We Cannot Complete Your Request" and so we are unable to sell tickets. 


    On the rare occasion it does load it take nearly 10 minutes of spinning first. This need to be resolved asap as we're losing ticket sales. 


    Kiran was unable to help me and said this "The issue needs to be escalated to our backend team to look into this further. Would you mind opening a thread in our support forum so that we can forward the issue for further investigation?'

    Hi @emclanekinsethcom!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I have just checked your embedded form as well as a clone of your form and it appears that the Inventory widget is working correctly. However, I was able to replicate the issue you are describing (slow loading times and "We cannot complete your request" error) earlier. Perhaps this was caused by an update or some sort of a conflict but it does appear that the issue has been resolved. Please check your forms and let us know if you ever experience this issue again.

    This is the answer I receive EVERY TIME this happens. It's not acceptable. The widget is still not working, please actually check before you respond. Seriously fix the problem.

    Seriously … this is ALWAYS your response. I just went to the website. Took ANOTHER screenshot because it’s still not working. Please check your work before responding.

    I would like to apologize for the confusion. The issue appears to be intermittent. After clearing the form caches the issue appeared to have been resolved and I would like to apologize for not checking the issue for a longer period of time. Upon visiting your embedded form, the widgets loaded as expected without any issues:

    Good afternoon! ALL of our forms are experiencing this same issue. 

    This must be taken care of asap! We are loosing money and business!

    I wish you wouldn't say it's resolved when it isn't resolved. I cleared my history and it's still happening. Obviously this other company is having the same issue. Maybe that will help you understand.

    This appears to be an issue which is being experienced by a few of our users. Our developers have already been alerted and will work to resolve this problem ASAP. You will be notified via this thread when it is fixed.
