My form is stuck on please wait when client's try to complete it..

    I have completed a appointment schedule and my client's are unable to process the form. They can click on "submit" but then it says "please wait...." without anything further.

    It seems that there is an issue with the Appointment Slots widget and causing the issue. Let me test it further and get back to you with relevant information.

    As I test your form and a different form with Appointment Slots widget, I was able to submit the form without any issue now. Could you check once again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issue with the form? We will be happy to take a look again.

    It’s still having issues. And when me or my clients pull it up, it doesn’t show the two slots that were able to sign up as taken. It’s shows all are available although two have been confirmed prior to the issue.

    I checked your form and appointment widget is showing as all taken:

    And the form is submittable.
