Why is my PDF form not submitting? (Error message is irrelevant)

Hi! I've created a fillable PDF form from an existing Jotform in order to broaden our audience interaction with the form; however, no one has been able to submit the form through the PDF version. The error message which consistently displays at the top of the PDF form says, "Note: if you are having trouble submitting this form and are getting a required field missing error, please add two spaces to the "STREET ADDRESS LINE 2' field and resubmit". However, there is no "Street Address Line 2" field and when spaces are added to any of the address fields the problem is not resolved. Please help, as our conference applicants will begin using this form more heavily later this month as the deadline approaches!

    Thanks,

    Annie

    Hi Annie,

I just tried making a test submission of your form and was not able to replicate the issue on my end. The submission was successfully saved. You may check it on your submissions page.

Also, if you shared the PDF form to your users using the link you provided above, the user must download it first and open it using Adobe Reader or FoxIt reader to be able to submit it.

    Thanks John!
I appreciate you taking the time to fill out the form and test it; I've
changed the instructions to reflect the importance of downloading the form
before filling it out. Thanks so much!
