Download of inbox not working

    I just tried to download emails from a number of jotforms that I pdfʻd to our info@CAbigsur.org.  But I am getting an error.


    Please advise.

    Hi Lisa,

    That appears if you're trying to download the file and was not logged on to the account where the submission data is located. Please ensure that you are logged in to this account: CABigSur to be able to download the PDFs.

    Are you still not able to download the PDF even you are logged in to your account? If so, please try to login in incognito mode for Chrome or private browsing if you are using Firefox.
