How can I set a condition for Input Table?

    Hi,

I am trying to set up a survey question whereby a selected answer within an "Input Table" question prompts a different question being displayed.

E.g. in the example, if someone selects

    1. VGEF

    2. USE

Then I would like them to see "How likely are you to recommend VGEF?"

But if they don't select USE, then I don't want them to see this question.

    See screenshot below

I've cloned your form(FormID:92538709557875) and set the condition on my cloned form.

Please add the following condition to your form and make sure you saved the condition:

You can check how the condition works from below:

    I hope this will help.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you! I have put that condition in and started to build out the form.

I have an issue because it shows the question about VGEF like the condition stipulates but it also shows the question for another Facility that I don't want to show.

When someone selects, VGEF - USE - I only want them to be shown the question about using VGEF. Then when they select CellBank - USE I only want them to be shown the question about using CellBank. Does that make sense?

Does that mean i now need to start doing conditions that Show and Hide or can I simplify somehow so I don't need to do this for every question?

Here is the cloned version of your form in which I have added form calculation widgets to achieve your exact requirement: https://form.jotform.com/92561934386972

Below are the conditions that I have added:

    1) If the user selects VGEF > use or VGEF > Will use in next 12 months

    - Show > How likely are you to recommend VGEF?

    2) If the user selects CellBank > use or CellBank> Will use in next 12 months

    - Show > How likely are you to recommend CellBank?

    3) If VGEF & CellBank, both are Never use

    - Show > What are your reasons for not using VGEF.

You can clone my form in case you find it suitable as per your requirement.

Please let me know if you want any changes in the conditions or need any further help.
