We would like to cancel our subscription and close our account

    Hello,

    I have an account under Precise Billing. We just noticed that our Amex was charged for 390 dollars for Jotform. We have not used the service and want a refund. Please contact us back.

    Hi Raul,

    We need the username, or the registered email address of the account so we can look into this and fulfill your request. I searched for precise billing, but there are too many random results.

    The login is ehernandez25. The account is under my wife's name Edna
    Hernandez.

    I see the subscription was already canceled. I went ahead and processed the refund for you. You should receive the refund in 4-10 business days.
