    Hi,

Have been using some forms to register people online for some course that I teach.

Have had people report problems when using Paypal to pay for the course.

I have tested it a few times and occaisionally I will get an error that says the following:

    Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.paypal.com/checkoutnow?" on this server.

This error comes up in the Paypal window on our form, sometimes when I you click on the "Pay with Paypal" button on our form or after the box comes up on the Paypal site and you click credit card.

Once this error happens I then cannot even access my own Paypal account and the get the following error from tmy web browser when I try to access Paypal.com

    Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.paypal.com/" on this server.

The "seems" to happen randomly but I think it might have been related to a discount code that we had people using and the errors possibly started once this code was sold out and people tried to use it anyway.

I have removed the discount code that is sold out but have had the error occur again on my computer.

The inabilty to access Paypal on my browser persists for awhile and them seems to go away.

    Thanks for you help

Seems that the issue is with PayPal itself and it has happened before based on their community forum. Please try to contact PayPal support.

Additionally, based on their forum, it can be caused by your internet service provider. Please try to unplug your router, then plug back in.
