How do I bring dynamic content into form?

I want to insert data from a Google Sheet (or another spreadsheet or a database) into a form dynamically.  How do I do that?

Please check our Spreadsheet to Form widget. The widget will ask you to upload an excel sheet and will require a code to fetch the data.

I hope this works for you. Note that we do not have any other feature that would allow you to fill form fields dynamically.
