PDF Editor > Download: the Download PDF button does nothing.

    Hello,

    A form was submitted to us yesterday and we tried to download the PDF form but it won't download. We have tried on 2 computers and 2 cell phones (apple and android) and have not had any success.  W

    e used the following process in downloading the PDF; from the inbox clock on

    "more" then "customize pdf" then "preview PDF" then "download" then "download pdf".  Usually it downloads but nothing happens now...  Also some of the pages are out of order in the "edit PDF" "preview PDF" pages..  They are not out of order in the form though just after it is submitted and edit/preview are selected.  Please let me know what we can do to resolve this issue.
