Getting JotForm error when trying to sign up for a Montana Book Festival writing workshop

When I click the Click here to register for workshops on the montanabookfestival.org site, I get a JotForm error - "this form is currently unavailable."  I tried multiple browsers - Safari and Chrome - and from my iPhone and get the same error.

Please help!  I'm trying to get signed up for a workshop tomorrow morning!

This form seems to have been disabled by the user. Unfortunately, there is not anything we can do about it, you will need to contact the form's owner in order to get the form active for you.
