Hi!   Thinking about using the FREE JotForm version for my organization.   If we create the form on our site and then launch it, encouaging a large audience to use, what happens if, by chance, we go OVER 100 submission for any given month?  What would happen at submission 101 and beyond?  Would any submissions after 100 not be recorded?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Denise,

Before the submission limit is reached, you will receive a warning email to upgrade your account. If you don't up upgrade your acocunt and the submission limit is reached, your forms will be disabled until the form submission counter is reset at the begining of next month.

Once the counter is reset you can continue to receive submissions until the submissin limit is reached. You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime.

Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
