I put my form together and set up my email notifcation and tested my form and none of my submissions are being emailed over to me. Is there something i'm missing??

I have made a test submission and according to our mail log, the notification email was successfully sent to your email: email@example.com
Can you please try to follow the instructions on this guide and see if this works for your forms?
Also, please note that the Test Email function in the Email Alerts screen can only send to the address associated to your JotForm account. It was made this way to prevent abuse from spammers. To test your newly added recipient emails, you must send a real submission to your live form.
