How do I remove your promotion jot form.

And can I talk to someone.

Are you referring to the JotForm 'Create your own form' branding at the bottom of the form?

If yes, to remove the branding, just go to your account's settings page and un-check the JotForm Branding option at the bottom of the page.

And can I talk to someone.

That's already turn off but it still comes up in the email.
And also and the URL can I change or customize that.

To remove the branding go to Setting > Email > Autoresponder >Email content and click on the "delete row" icon at the bottom of the template.
